Basic obedience packages include an e-collar and leash. Basic Marker Mastery offers reward-based foundations. Ask the team to explain each approach and what fits your dog.

No. Start with your dog’s behavior and your goals. The consultation is a chance to understand your options before choosing.
Pricing depends on the program. During your free phone consultation, we’ll discuss available options and their prices so you can decide what fits before purchasing.
The one-week program includes a 1.5-hour owner session; the two-week programs include two hours. The published Community K9 and Urban K9 packages also include lifetime refreshers. Ask how that support works and how to arrange it.
The team offers dedicated lessons and a behavioral board & train option. Describe your dog’s behavior before choosing. These concerns need an individual discussion; a complete fix for aggression is not guaranteed.
Coverage depends on the package and the behaviors being trained. Ask the team to explain the terms, owner responsibilities and refresher support for your chosen program before enrolling.
The introductory phone consultation is free. The Puppy Training Consultation is a separate paid service. The team can explain the difference and what the puppy session includes.
